"We had an amazing room and the hotel was perfectly situated and very very upscale. That said I was surprised by their mandatory 25 euro charge at the roof bar. Clearly offers one of the best views of the canal must be a popular terrorist sign. We are already paying a premium, is offensive. We were in the mood for two Prosecco, which were €16 each. However, with their rule, those €16 drinks were €25. It may seem a minor point but show respect for your upscale guests who have chosen your hotel as the best place to stay rather than a tourist destination. ."

"Hotel and room were clean. Property is conveniently located 1 minute walk from Vaporetto stop Giglio. Walked no more than 15 mins to St.Mark Square. Located in safe area, even at night. Definitely recommend."

"This hotel is right in the centre of the action but in a side street so peaceful. Room was excellent with a double shower. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Staff were brilliant and hotel is very clean. Would recommend for any Venice stay"
