We enjoyed our stay and had a great family corner with two adjoining rooms and 2 bathrooms, so lots of good space, with a sea view. Great breakfast and friendly staff, the shuttle bus was fab. Only issue was we booked this hotel for the swimming pool for the kids, but the pool wasn't open during our stay!

The amazing views and lovely staff make this a fantastic place to stay. The breakfast (looking out over the bay to Mount Vesuvius) was perfect and the free shuttle bus was very useful. We walked up the hill as the view was so stunning.

Location was up the hill but shuttle service was great. Staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help.. Morning breakfast was very very good.

Lovely location overlooking Sorrento-a hidden gem!
Although high above Sorrento, access was quite easy with the hotel shuttle to the train station, which is just a tiny square in 5 minutes walking distance from the main square in Sorrento---the Piazza Tasso. It was easy to book the shuttle anytime just by texting the hotel using WhatsApp. The free breakfasts are abundant & delicious, and especially lovely at the windows or on the outside terraces. The rooms are great they even provided me with an extension cord, and electric kettle. Staff are all so friendly! You also might not realize it from the booking info but this hotel is built into the side of the mountain, with some rooms and the lobbies built onto exposed rocks! This was a perfect hotel stay and good location to explore Capri & the Amalfi Coast by ferry & public buses. Also of note is that the restaurant provided lactose free milk and many gluten free options---all fresh baked and delicious. I highly recommend!

This hotel is a bit outside town, however the free shuttle made accessing the city very convenient. This property is quiet with excellent views. The rooftop pool is beautiful. Staff was friendly, breakfast was very good.

The hotel is in a great location, within easy walking of Sorrento centre. The staff were absolutely lovely - always friendly & couldn't do enough to help. The hotel provides a regular shuttle bus into town & the rail/bus station which was so convenient. My wife and i had a great week's stay. Thanks!!

Our family of four recently stayed in Villa Cristina and had a fabulous time. While it is an older hotel we had plenty of space and the entire property is immaculate. The breakfast was outstanding, as were our cocktails overlooking Sorrento. The transfers were always great and it is walkable to the centre if you want to! We seriously hope we can get back one day!

For what we paid it was perfect since Sorrento can be pricey but there are accommodations for all budgets. Beautiful views but too far from city center to walk. We had to taxi or shuttle it to get there so that was a major inconvenience. The rooms are small for a family of 4. Walk in our room were dirty and it was very hot even with air conditioning. There were also no blinds in our room. So at 7am the sun would glare into our room 311. The regular rooms seems cooler and had shutters as our friends also stayed there but in a standard double bed room. We had done the suite but not worth it. Food was excellent though and Pool was nice to have for the kids. But next time I would rather stay in the center then on a hill with the view.

The hotel is older but very nice. We had balcony rooms with wonderful views of the sea. The hotel is outside of Sorrento but they have a free shuttle which drops off by the train and bus station which is runs often and is an easy walk into the town center. The breakfast is very enjoyable, relaxing, with great service. We had lunch up on the top near the pool with nice views. Also had a drink up there. The staff was very accommodating and made taxi reservations for us to Positano and down to Capri ferry, The grounds are very nice. Up on a hill. Quiet since it is not right in Sorrento. No other restaurants or shops within walking distance but shuttle is great.

Great property, well kept and very clean. Nice pool and outdoor areas. The view is great from everywhere in the hotel. The breakfast is delicious and very diverse, good coffee and great service. Shuttle service up and down to Sorrento is appreciated (and almost required since the street is not very pedestrian friendly), it tends to fill up quickly at peak hours, we opted for a taxi one night to get back since the bus was full with other guests…. Would recommend!

This hotel was exquisite! The view from our room was breathtaking. It is a bit out of the way perched upon a cliff, so was not very walkable but the offer a shuttle to the train station in town. I would definitely recommend this hotel solely for the view and comfort.

The hotel overlooks Sant'Agnello and our room balcony had a sea view with view of the town and mountains. The hotel has a fantastic breakfast included in our price and is located with indoor and outdoor sitting areas overlooking the sea. There is a bar and pool on the top level which we took advantage of and would recommend. The hotel has shuttle buses available to the train station and other locations. Sorrento is an about 10 minute walk which we preferred. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend the hotel to others and would myself return.

A very well maintained, friendly and well ran hotel. All the charm you'd expect in Sorrento and the staff were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they were passionate about you having a good time and making sure you were happy... The pool was excellent and the bar was fab. Breakfast was a mixture of back , eggs and beans while you had all the usual bread options. Delicious cakes and pastries plus the guys at breakfast made the best cappuccino. We absolutely fell in love with Hotel Cristina and can throughly recommend it to everyone. Couples, families... Everyone!

Really great hotel with lovely views
This was the one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the staff at breakfast. Breakfast was really good and pool area was lovely and clean. The hotel itself is a good 20 mins walk from Sorrento and along a busy main road so the courtesy bus is a real bonus. Great place for exploring Sorrento and Amalfi coast.

The staff is wonderful! The on-site restaurant is fabulous and rivals other good restaurants in the area. The free breakfast is tremendous and offers numerous options. The bed is very comfortable and the hotel is spotless! The view from the hotel is spectacular. The only advice I would offer to travelers is this - the hotel is older and extremely charming. You’re in Italy, enjoy the ambiance.

The family suite offered to us, was like a penthouse with AMAZING views of Sorrento. So picturesque, we had the view of the town on one side and the Gulf of Naples on the other. The sunset was so pretty to just keep staring at. The restaurant/bar was on the 6th floor with outdoor dining, perfect for a sunset dinner. And the staff was super helpful with requests made by us. Breakfast had plenty of options, which was the perfect way to start our day and then end up with some great dining options.
