The first thing to say about this Hotel is that the food is excellent, the best Buffet we've ever had and every night was superb. The Hotel is very smart and beautifully furnished, the room was superb, lots of space and perfectly clean. The pool is large and was WARM, warm enough to take a leisurely swim at any time. Where to start with this place... Honestly, such a hidden gem, set in a very tranquil countryside farm setting. What they've done with the hotel is amazing, a 400+ year old chapel (finca) which has been tastefully renovated and now serves as a beautiful hotel.
