Davanti l'arcipelago del Golfo Sanvitese, offriamo 1000 metri quadrati di Villa affacciata sul porto turistico. La Villa è provvista di tutti i confort utili ad una vacanza nel pieno relax. All'interno della Villa sono disponibili per gli ospiti grandi spazi attrezzati con arredi da giardino, barbecue e salotti gazebo tutti compresi nel prezzo. La piscina di 7,30 x 4,00 x 1,30 è a disposizione degli ospiti gratuitamente. Gli ampi spazi del terreno hanno consentito di poter creare per i nostri ospiti anche due posti auto all'interno della proprietà ed all'ombra di appositi box, così da avere assicurata una perfetta sosta dell'auto in assoluta sicurezza.  
La Villa è immersa in un'ampia pineta, all'ombra di pini di alto fusto che ne determinano quella condizione assolutamente ideale per un soggiorno protetto dal forte sole Siciliano, con spazi confortevoli, il tutto è a soli 50 metri dalla bianca spiaggia sanvitese.  
All'interno della Villa affittiamo per brevi periodi due appartamenti che comprendo bagno, cucina, salone soggiorno per un totale di 5 posti letto ad appartamento
