Two-room apartment with a bedroom, kitchen / living room, a bathroom, located on the ground floor of a detached house.  
  
INSIDE: Entrance to the living area with equipped kitchen, dishwasher and microwave, TV corner and sofa. Quadruple bedrooms with double bed and two single bunk beds, bathroom with shower. Modern furnishings and finishes with summer and fruity tones.  
  
OUTSIDE: The house has two entrances, from an internal patio and from the street profile, the apartment has a large garden courtyard shared with another living unit. The green area, planted with Mediterranean essences, is furnished with outdoor relaxation set, rocking, barbecue and games for children.  
  
LOCATION: Located on the main street, served by the market and other commercial activities, it remains in an excellent position to reach the main promenade, the historic center and the equipped beach.  
  
TWO GOOD REASONS TO CHOOSE THIS SOLUTION FOR YOUR HOLIDAYS:
