INSIDE: Entrance to the living area with equipped kitchen, dishwasher and microwave, TV and sofa. Two bedrooms, both with en suite bathroom, quadruple with double bed and two singles and triple with double and single. Modern furnishings and finishes with summer and fruity tones.  
  
EXTERIOR: Entrance, from inside patio, the apartment is facing a large courtyard garden shared with another living unit. The green area, planted with Mediterranean essences, is furnished with outdoor relaxation set, rocking, barbecue and games for children.  
  
LOCATION: Located on the main street, served by the market and other commercial activities, it remains in an excellent position to reach the main promenade, the historic center and the equipped beach.
