Two-room apartment with a bedroom, kitchen / living room, a bathroom, located on the ground floor of a residential complex of terraced apartments.  
  
INTERNAL: Entrance to the living area with equipped kitchen and double sofa bed. Double bedroom and bathroom with shower.  
  
OUTSIDE: Large outdoor area overlooking the entrance, furnished with table and chairs, relaxing garden set. The two-room apartment remains in a residential area facing the sea, with private access only pedestrian guarantee of privacy, tranquility and security.  
  
LOCATION: In the town center, a few steps from the historic center. The equipped beach can be reached within a few minutes on foot.
