From the living area, from a cantilevered ladder in bleached oak, you go up to the mezzanine sleeping area with double futon bed and two single bunk beds in an alcove. Water point with sink with night lighting. On the last level, panoramic terrace equipped with table, chairs, outdoor shower and hydromassage pool.

EXTERIOR: Typical local house wisely \"reinvented\" for beach holidays. Monumental gate with central lunette of a bright turquoise with automated blackout curtains. The panoramic terrace overlooks the main road.
