Super friendly staff and very nice and relaxing place! The cave spa is amazing; would definitely recommend. Rooms are spacious; beds comfy with memory foam toppers, and bathroom good-sized with rainfall shower. Great views, too, from the pool area.

Fantastic stay, staff very welcoming and helpful. Hotel fantastic layout and pool areas. Rooms very good, air con excellent nd very good bathrooms with rain shower. Will definetley be returning. 5 star.

Leider hatte mein Zimmer nur einen Gartenblick, aber ansonsten hat alles gepasst. Es waren sogar 2 Kochplatten und ein Kühlschrank im Schrank versteckt. Was man beachten sollte ist das die Benutzung der Grotte extra kostet und nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten ist.

Het was redelijk, alleen de bedden waren slecht. Je Ligtvoet een kuil de bak bedden voor de kinderen waren slecht. De wellness staat niet aan wel als je het vraagt, maar dan doen ze de helft aan. De fitness is ook een farce te heet om wat te doen.

Bella struttura, ottima per trascorrere un weekend nel totale relax delle colline toscane. Peccato che il nostro si è concluso molto male, a causa di un furto all’inizio della strada sterrata che porta alla cappella della Madonna di Vitaleta. Ovviamente nulla a che fare con l’hotel, ma colgo l’occasione per raccomandarvi di fare attenzione, non lasciate nulla in macchina (anche se ben coperto nel cofano), perché l’apparente tranquillità del posto potrebbe ingannarvi e rendervi preda di farabutti come accaduto a noi ieri mattina.
