Amazing hotel, with an amazing staff. I have never stayed at a hotel where the entire staff was so helpful, accommodating, pleasant and friendly. My room was on the 4th floor and had a terrific view of the pier where the cruise ships came in, but was just far enough away so as not to be inundated ...

Oceanfront condo on the bluest ocean of Cozumel island
Pool was great! Snorkeling fantastic right in front of property. Room very clean! Staff fantastic and very close to all amenities. You can rent bikes, scooters or a car if you want to see the island!! Great holiday!
