The rooms are air-conditioned, clean, the beds comfortable. The windows face into the courtyard. Breakfast is available for a fee but there is also a kitchen available for guests to use with a cook top, microwave, coffee maker and communal fridge. We once stayed there for a month and it worked well. The tap water is not potable but 2 water dispensers are available for guest use. The highlight is the turtles that live in the courtyard. They are very entertaining to watch and to search for amongst the plants. Don't expect the Hilton but the Mary Carmen is clean, convenient and the staff are friendly and helpful.
