It comprises a flexible bed arrangement in the master bedroom with the option of either 2 single beds or 1 larger king bed (180x200). The second bedroom has a King size bed (150 x 200cms), 3 bathrooms, open plan ground floor with dining table, large breakfast island and bar stools. From the front bedroom there are with amazing views to the close by Amarilla Golf course and the sea. It is set in a quiet residential area, ideal for a relaxing get away from it all holiday, this villa is well appointed throughout with modern, high quality furnishings. The villa has integrated air conditioning in every room, full fibre Wi-Fi and satellite TV on all 3 TVs. On the ground floor there is a lovely new modern open plan fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, integrated oven microwave and Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother. There is also a kitchen island with 6 bar stools. The living room has a large sofa and dining table that seats 6\. The TV is an impressive 65” that is connected with full IPTV access - just about any channel is in this system, including 10 days of catch up, films and series. On this floor there is also an additional shower room with toilet. On the first floor there is a master bedroom, (with views overlooking one of the close by golf courses and a great view out to sea), King sized bed and full en-suite bathroom. Patio doors lead from here to the balcony with lovely views over the Amarilla Golf course and the sea. On this floor you will also find another double room, with King size bed, good size en-suite with double shower, large sink with mirror and light over. Patio doors lead from here to the balcony, with steps up to the private upstairs terrace and magnificent panoramic sea, golf course and mountain views. There are several sun chairs up on this deck - a great suntrap. The property has its own private heated pool (winter months with a small surcharge add onto the nightly rate Nov-April) - 6m x 3m x 1.3m deep. Surrounding the pool are plenty of sun beds, plus a table and chairs for al fresco dining! - perfect for relaxing. There is also an outside pool shower. The villa has its own security system as well as a safe and blackout external shutters (operated from inside) on all windows and patio doors. There is also a large basement area for easy storage of luggage and sports equipment - especially those golf clubs - with a large skylight to make it bright and airy. Location 10-15 minutes from Airport - this is great for a short drive to the villa but this also means there is aircraft noise during the day, that can fluctuate depending on how busy the season/island is. The normal flight path (arrivals only) runs directly across Amarilla and Golf del Sur. Please ensure you are happy with this before you make your reservation. It is a15 minute drive to Los Cristianos and 15/20 minutes to Playa de Las Americas, where you will find many sandy beaches. There is an excellent bus service and plenty of taxis at the airport. The Resort Amarilla Golf is surrounded by an18 hole Golf course and the nearby resort of Golf Del Sur also boasts an18 hole course. Both have 9 hole pitch and putt course (bookable for a monthly pass) and a driving range. Amarilla Golf has a lovely club house. All are welcome - ideal for any Golf widows out there or to just enjoy a drink or two after a game. Amarilla Golf Club is a very short 5 minute walk from Casa Azul. If you like tennis, there are many tennis and padel courts within a 15 minute drive - all very reasonably priced and arrangements can be made by the owners for anyone wishing to play. The Villa is located in the heart of Amarilla and no car is required if you wish to remain local to the area. There are a number of bars, restaurants and a couple of small supermarkets within easy walking distance. If you do choose to hire a car, the villa has its own electric gated car parking facility as well as plenty of on road parking outside the villa itself – the road itself is one way and very quiet. Amarilla also has its own Marina. Some boat trips can be organised from here (most go from Puerto Colon) and a main attraction is the submarine that leaves daily for a magical underwater experience. There is a beach area but within the close proximity of Amarilla Golf, the beaches are generally dark shingle beaches. The local council are in the process of making a man made beach along the Amarilla Coast coastal path (10 minute walk from the villa) - not sure on a date for completion - but it's coming! Los Cristianos is a mere 15 minute drive away and here you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife. There are plenty of other resorts located within 15-30 minute drive (Play de Las Americas, Fanabe, Del Duque, Adeje and more). There is a market in Cristianos Sunday/Tues and other areas on the other days. Property Management This Villa is managed by the owner, with a local company providing all support services. Their contact details will be in the villa and they live close by. Services: A Welcome pack of “Tea, coffee, milk, water, bread, butter and jam, beer will be provided on arrival, with a supply of dishwasher tablets and washing powder. We can also provide any hire equipment you may need from Travel Cots to high chairs. This will be chargeable. Please enquire for pricing. Also happy to provide a good taxi transfer company and hire car company, based at the airport. For any stays of10 nights, or more, a mid-stay linen and towel change will be provided, inclusive of the price. If you wish any additional cleaning services during your stay, please ask. These will be at an additional charge. Maxine sent us a detailed message before we arrived giving us loads of information about the Villa and its surroundings and when we arrived everything was as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days here and the kids were in the heated pool every single day. Thank you for an unforgettable stay. ##### Chris K. This was the best Villa we have ever stayed in. Absolutely everything had been thought of in the Villa. It was comfortable, spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a lovely location. Maxine looked after us so well from booking to finish. We did lots of walking and there’s so many places to eat within a ten minute walk we were spoilt for choice. We will definitely be returning. All bedding , towels , kitchen ware , dishwasher and 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms and of course your own private pool , you can't ask for anything more. Hosts Maxine and John are fabulous and on hand for any questions you may have. We are returning in July 2024 for another 10 night stay and already looking forward to it. Owner responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the walk to Los Abrigos - wonderful paella there! Mount Teide national park is a must. The planes are noisy, but the description is honest about this. More annoying was the traffic congestion getting to the Autopista - often long delays around the junction. ##### Katharine E. There is everything you could possibly need, and more. A lovely welcome pack was left for us with water, orange juice, beer, wine & bread. Max & John were the perfect hosts. They went above & beyond to make our stay perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. There are lots of Bars & Restaurants within walking distance. Also, lovely coastal walks. The house is immaculate and is equipped with everything you could possible need/want. The kitchen especially has everything necessary to cook any meal. There are lots of lovely little touches that make a big difference to your stay in the whole property. The pool area and pool itself are lovely and seem bigger than the photos show. The pool man comes every week to clean the pool so this is also very clean and clear. Location is great- a short walk to bars and restaurants and the two local golf courses are good. Amarilla golf is a 3 minute walk. Maxine is an amazing host and was so quick to reply to any questions we had. We really recommend this property. ##### erica c. It has been furnished to a very high standard and is a true home from home. The outside recreation spaces are immaculate and offer a complete range of options for relaxing and catching as much sun as you need to with the ability to cool off in the fabulous pool as required. Set in a great location there are a few local options to eat and smaller supermarkets to pick up any daily essentials you need. If you don’t mind a 20/25 minute walk (or 5 minutes in a taxi) along the pleasant coastal footpath you can reach the small ‘pueblo’ of San Blas that has numerous bars and restaurants of a good standard and a larger supermarket. Maxine is an amazing host and we had a great time during our stay in the Villa. Book with confidence you will not be disappointed in this superb accommodation. ##### Mark J. From the moment we walked in, we knew how lucky we were to have found this holiday let for the week that we wanted. It’s a beautiful and spacious home, and lots of love has gone into setting it out and equipping it. It literally had everything we could have needed. The beds were really comfy, and the rooms were well soundproofed. While the house is under the flight path, it does not affect the quality at all. My kids actually loved the game of guessing what the next plane would be, and we loved watching the planes come in. The area itself is so peaceful - and really nice for spending time in any of the outside spaces day or night! The pool was amazing, and we used it well during our stay. Maxine was a great host from the moment we booked this place. She put our minds at ease from the beginning, and provided so much information that we knew exactly what we were doing. I can’t recommend this villa, and Maxine as a host, more and will be sharing the recommendation with friends and family. ##### Heather M.
