"Lovely resort tucked away in the Tuscan hills. My only regret was not staying longer because one night was definitely not enough. The estate is maintained beautifully and the concierge staff is wonderful. Rooms were small and nicely decorated. Our room had a gorgeous and expansive patio. Amenities are lovely (pool, spa, tennis courts, etc). The restaurant staff was very odd, though. Food was great- we had dinner and breakfast there. But the staff at both was super strange, I don't really know how to describe it but we were kind of uncomfortable from the service. "

"we absolutely loved our stay. The house was lovely ,spacious, great pool and well appointed. We had great communication with Mel. We had a fabulous time with our chef Thomas !!!! Highly recommend him as he cooked us all dinner 1 night and then came back and gave us a pasta cooking class, which we ate. All of us (7) participated. "

The place does not provide a towel change service and for the entire period we only gave 2 rolls of toilet paper.
