It would have been nice to have shampoo for the shower and maybe a few beach toys for kids. I'm not sure if all of the units are owned by the same company, but maybe having a shared storage box with some beach toys (with a sign above that says please rinse toys before returning). We enjoyed lots of long walks on the beach during the day and listening to the waves from the apartment night. I loved self-check in and not having to remember a key each time we left. Parking wasnt bad at all for us because we walked everywhere once we checked in. The only con is so minor and probably very personal but I will share that whatever cleaning solution they used left a very strong scent on the first day of check-in that was a bit bothersome, but we opened all the windows and it mostly cleared by the next day. This place is great for kids and going to the beach. If the little ones need a restroom break while at the beach, just make the 2 minute walk back to your room. The house itself met our needs and was exactly how it was listed. The house is a short walk to the main drag in Pismo. I would definitely recommend staying here.
