About this property
Beach house for the whole family!
- Welcome to our Shell Beach house--our family's home since 2008. It is located in a charming neighborhood walking distance to the beach, Dinosaur Caves Park, restaurants, coffee shops, and pretty much anything you need.
We love walking the entire neighborhood in Shell Beach. Pismo Beach and Avila Beach are a short drive away. Or venture a little farther (10 minutes by car) and south is the quaint town of Arroyo Grande, north is the infamous San Luis Obispo--the "happiest town in America."
Our home has a great open kitchen and dining area that connects to the living room with a giant window letting in lots of bright light. The front yard deck has built in benches for lounging outside and table/chairs for outdoor dining. The bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet space.
