This home has five bedrooms plus a bonus room with 2 sets of custom built bunk beds(4 twin beds) and four bathrooms. A Gourmet kitchen featuring professional grade appliances which include two ovens, large center island and large pantry. The open floor plan has vaulted ceilings, three fireplaces, wood floors in common areas.

The house was amazing! Perfect size for my family and extended family. The house was spacious, clean and had everything you needed. The backyard was a huge plus. We were in Avila for a family reunion and this was a perfect place to house the 11 of us and we were able to enjoy the beautiful backyard with some of the extended family. The host was very easy to work with. Would love to return sometime.

Wonderful location for large family gathering

We stayed here with our extended family to celebrate my Dad's 80th birthday. We loved the location and the many different zones inside and outside to sit and talk. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and we cooked several large meals together. The bedrooms were very comfortable and we really appreciated having 4 bathrooms! Fantastic stay!

Great place for large family gatherings

We had a great vacation in Avila Beach. The layout of the house and yard were perfect for a multi-family visit. There was plenty of room for our large group to be together without feeling cramped. The kids loved playing in the yard and relaxing in the bunk bed room. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. Communication with the host was easy.

Amazing Property, Wonderful Host

Our experience could not have been better. The property was as beautiful as the photos looked. Jasi was an amazing host answering questions quickly both prior and after our arrival. We had family staying in the house with us and hosted our wedding on Saturday. People couldn't stop commenting on how amazing the house and outdoor spaces are. The valley setting was lovely. Highly recommend for hosting an event or just relaxing with a larger group.
