Townhome Vacation Rental is just steps to the ocean. This luxurious and beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit has exquisite ocean views from all rooms, but especially from the 4th-floor observation deck. Beach, Pier, and Boardwalk with Shops and Restaurants are nearby. Living Room has 60" High Definition Flatscreen TV, DVD, CD with surround sound. Wireless internet included. Kitchen is fully equipped. BBQ on one of 2 outside decks with panoramic ocean views. Queen bed in each bedroom. Walk-in closet in one bedroom. Aero bed for additional sleeping. Full-Size Washer and Dryer. Dogs considered on a case by case basis, requiring a picture for approval and subject to additional fees if approved. 2 Car Garage This property has a Ring Doorbell Camera or similar recording device at the front door. For every reservation, without exception, the name and phone number of every person age 18 and over at check-in who will be present on site must be provided prior to the check-in code being activated. Failure to provide an individual's identifying information in advance is cause for termination of the rental and immediate removal from the property with no refund. This property does not include a vehicle charger. Guests bringing an electric vehicle will need to notify Coastal Vacation Rentals in advance if they would like charging privileges, an additional fee does apply. The place is clean and comfortable with great views. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. If you are looking to park in the garage, it will be a real challenge with a mid to large SUV. The drive isle is so small and tight we just ended up parking on the street. If you want to get your steps in, this is the place. You will have to lug your luggage/food/drinks or whatever you bring up a flight of stairs to get into the condo, and then another flight and a half of stairs to get to the living and kitchen area. It was a nice stay, but I would probably find a single story next time. Also, in the description of this unit under Amenities under "Climate" it says heat. They should also add a line item that says " no cooling or air conditioning". The weekend we happen to visit was by all means not typical as temperatures were in the 90's, however it would have been nice to have air conditioning as it didn't cool down until sunset. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location was perfect. Lovely views and updated interiors. Kitchen was great for cooking and enjoying the view.
