"I'm a local who stayed a few nights because I was attending a festival. The place is really nice and cozy. I swear they have the best AC on the planet. Everything was organized and tidy but not clean. The floor had been swept but not mopped for a while, we had to keep our shoes on because our feet were black from how dirty the floor was. I read some reviews about it being loud because of the bar downstairs but we didn't hear anything. What I can say is that the walls are paper thin and the guests in the room next to us were extremely loud at 6am. Other than the dirty floor, I'd stay again. Cool bakery right down the street "

"The is the perfect location for visiting Old San Juan. It is walkable to any site you want to visit. The staff were wonderful, kind and friendly. They gave us good suggestions for restaurants, things to do, etc. The room was nice and clean. Although they are smaller rooms than we normally see, they were great for our short stay prior to cruising. Would definitely recommend especially since they are in construction to add a restaurant. "

"Loved our room we had a lovely balcony with a view of the beach and the pool. The spa services were amazing. The pools were nice and the servers and staff were friendly. The only issues was timing on getting service we waited long periods off times to get served or even be acknowledged. We found this unusual for an IGH property."
