Found hair in my sink before first use, room didnt have an ironing board, just an iron, no way to connect my phone charger near the bed or a night stand. Accoustic is very intrusing, i could hear people s conversations all afternoon in the common patio. No sunlight coming in the room. Staff was very nice, area is great. Yet still not a good value for the price i paid honestly.

Nice location with comfortable bed. No noise protection between rooms, had a toddler next door start playing at 3am and the parents did nothing until I knocked on their door telling them to be quiet. Expedia Platinum will get you a $6.99 bottle of wine. Very nice staff

Beautiful older hotel in the heart of Old San Juan. We stayed 2 nights before our cruise. Able to walk to everything we needed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Balconies could use some tending too.
