Handy for Pisa and Lucca
It was a friendly family run hotel with very good food. The restaurant was clearly very popular with locals. When we arrived the dining room was almost full of non residents. However they had kept a table for us despite us having not made a reservation. We tried their tasting menu which was very good.

Nice property but owners attitude is a problem
We stayed here for a night and booked through Expedia. When we checked out, the owner's wife demanded payment for the room while we expected to pay only the city tax since the room was prepaid through the travel agent website. I checked my credit card to confirm the card was charged and asked her to contact E xpedia since they did send me a confirmation email saying payment was collected by them. The owners wife was unable to speak English to communicate with e xpedia and got very angry. she demanded my credit card which I gave and decided to call expe dia myself. I was told they would contact the hotel to clarify this and I didnt have to pay for this prepaid room. The card was already swiped by the owners wife at this point. She was immediately called by expedia and was told not to charge us for the room again. She got very angry, took out the cash to give us the refund for the room since the card was charged. She then threw the money and receipt in front of me and yelled angrily. While it's frustrating for everyone but misunderstanding happens and as a hotel, you should just deal with it. I did her job by contacting expedia to clarify the situation. Yet she was very rude toward us. I told her that her behavior was uncalled for and we didn't deserve this kind of rude treatment. She continued to shout in broken English until we were out the door. We wasted over an hour talking to this lady. The stay was ok and I did like it until the check out time. I wouldn't recommend sta

ゆっくりできるホテル
フランスのモナコからイタリアのフィレンツェへの移動途中に宿泊しました。家族経営の素敵なレストランとホテルのようです。ホテルのスタッフは、渋滞でチェックインが遅れた我々を温かく迎えてくれました。遅い時間であったのにも関わらずレストランで夕食する準備をしてくれました。朝食もイタリアらしい朝食を楽しむことができました。ホテルの部屋は、スタイリッシュで必要なところに必要なものがあり、快適でした。またゆっくり滞在したいホテルです。

Lieu sympathique mais pas adapté pour un court séjour , pas de moyen de locomotion facile pour s'y rendre et pour y repartir. Mieux vaut avoir une voiture pour y aller. Domaine plus adapté pour des réceptions ou des célébrations car c'est très joli.

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr saubere Zimmer und eine nette Umgebung. Leider ein italienisches Frühstück, aber dafür eine reichliche Auswahl.

For a short stay of 1 day without any expectations, its okay. But overall not a place for us. Room is outdated, aircoditioning is noisy. I have red itchy spots all over my hands and feet. Don't know if it's from the grass outside, or from something in the room. We left a day earlier because of the overall experience. It's a kind family who runs the hotel and restaurant.

Non ci tornerei.
Posizione: comodo un po’ a tutto, ma solo se si e’ in macchina. Ampio e comodo parcheggio. Voto 4 Servizio: Molto scadente. In ritardo di mezz’ora sull’ora di inizio delle colazioni. Problemi con la card della porta. Personale che da' l'idea di essere svogliato e decisamente poco accogliente. Voto 1 Cibo: Consiglio vivamente di stare alla larga dal ristorante. 50 euro a testa (senza vini) per una cena banalissima. Ho mangiato solo per fame, altrimenti avrei fatto portare indietro il primo di pesce (salatissimo). Secondo di carne piu' che banale. Discreta tartare di antipasto. Voto 1 Camera: molto ampia, pulitissima, silenziosa e ben arredata (letto forse un po’ corto). Bagno ampio e pulito, ma manca il bidet! (e ci sarebbe anche stato come spazio). Voto 3 Confort: zona molto silenziosa, riscaldamento adeguato. ottimo isolamento acustico delle altre stanze. discreto materasso. Voto 4 Colazione: molto banale, nulla di artigianale, non eccelle neanche nelle quantita. Pochi croissant, nessuna torta. Voto. 2

Graziosa locanda vicina alla città di Pisa
Ottima la location e super il personale, molto gentile ed efficiente. Ristorante di alto livello e di costo contenuto. Consiglio vivamente una tappa presso la struttura. Unica pecca, non facilmente raggiungibile usando unicamente il gps.

La posizione dell'hotel è assolutamente strategica: abbiamo visitato Pisa, Livorno, Lucca, la costa degli etruschi e la Versilia… In totale comodità.

Nettes Hotel nähe Pisa - aber doppelt abkassiert!
Hotel und Hotelanlage sehr schön. Mit dem Auto 5 Minuten nach Pisa. Es war etwas hektisch, da zwei Tage hintereinander jeweils eine Hochzeit im Hotel stattfand. Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort trotzdem genossen, da das Zimmer sehr schön war. Das dicke Ende kam zum Schluß - Hotel hat beim Check-out die Rechnung abkassiert - zuhause habe ich dann gesehen, dass Expedia die Übernachtungen ebenfalls schon abgebucht hatte. Auf E-Mails reagiert das Hotel nicht. Ich bin verärgert und muss jetzt meinem Geld hinterherlaufen.

Un superbe séjour
Une très bonne nuit dans une très belle chambre, confortable. Apéritif avec vue sur les montagnes, et dîner au restaurant, délicieux. Encore merci à notre serveuse qui parlait très bien français, et au reste du personnel, très agréable.

E' una locanda
Prenotate 2 camere doppie ben due mesi prima, e qualche giorno prima ho chiamato per conferma. Ebbene : - la prenotazione Expedia asserivano di averla solo per una camera (poi fortunatamente hanno recuperato l'altra camera) - le camere assegnateci non erano vicine, ma erano agli antipodi una dall'altra. - volevano far pagare un servizio compreso nella tariffa (colazione) ... meno male che "carta canta" - camere fredde (riscaldamento acceso ma insufficiente, ed eravamo a dicembre) e una senza armadio (solo 2 scaffaletti per borsoni) - ristorante costoso e con poca scelta - vialetto di accesso alla struttura molto accidentato
