Beautiful location in Tuscany. The breakfasts were very good, and the owner cooked meals for the guests on several evenings. While the building in naturally old, it was charming, a real taste of Tuscan living. We were there during the unusual heat wave that Europe experienced in June 2026, and like many places in Europe, the AC was not very powerful, but we managed. he swimming pool is beautiful and the surrounding gardens and areas were top-notch. We would stay there again if we get back to this area.

I would 100% recommend this little piece of heaven if you are visiting San Gimignano! Just a couple minutes from the town centre, it is idyllic and just the right place to restore after a long day of sightseeing. The owner Alessandro was so welcoming and takes the comfort of his guests very seriously. The rooms were so clean and comfortable and the gardens are spectacular. You cannot go wrong staying here. Beautiful pool and the views are breathtaking.

This place is amazing! The views are spectacular. The room was perfect and the grounds are exactly what you’d expect for Tuscany. The owner is on hand at all times and is very friendly and accommodating. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until midnight. He stayed up for us and talked us through the directions there. You do need a car if you’re staying here since there is no public transportation.

I messaged the property after not receiving any information for check in or even confirmation of the stay. They never responded. Vi bodde här i 7 nätter och hade som bas när vi åkte runt i Toscana. Nära till många fina byar och sevärdigheter. Åt middag två kvällar som tillagades av värden som var ok. Läste att någon skrivit att det går att gå in till San Gimignano. Vi gjorde det en em, men ej att rekommendera. Kändes ej säkert på landsvägen. Dock ett boende som vi varmt kan rekommendera detta. Mkt god frukost för att vara i Italien.
