### 2 bedroom cozy home in San Fulgencio

This house consists of 2 superimposed housing units, with separate entrances, which meet on the middle pool level and the terrace there. Both apartments are insulated according to German standards and thus prepared for the winter and the sun. The house is centrally located near supermarkets, banks and restaurants. If you want to do without your car, you can take the shuttle bus to the beach. Fresh, inexpensive local products can be found on Thursdays and Sundays on the marketplace in front of the house. Info: Even if your pet is welcome in this vacation house, we ask you not to let him cool down in the pool!
