Casa LILiANNE is a 3 bedroom 2 bath detached villa with good size private pool. Lots of outdoors space with various seating areas. Situated in a position where all amenities are within walking distance. Ten minute drive to beautiful beaches in guardamar. Very comfortable and bright villa. Five minute walk to Benijófar and rojales. Formentera is a 10 minute walk . There is a large ravine very nearby with a lake park and wild life. We have put non slip treads on the stairs to villa and from the garden to the pool area as it was pointed out in previous review they could be dangerous . This villa is accessed by 10 stairs. The accommodation. Is then all on one level PROPERTY LICENSE VT481195-A. We now have french/German and Scandinavian television as well as English television. She showed us around the villa and gave us info on where things were locally. The villa was spotless, comfortable and equipped with everything you could need for your holiday. The photos do not do it justice and the pool was fantastic and bigger than it looks in the photos. Within walking distance (less than 10mins) is a Consum supermarket and the centre of Benimar with all the bars, shops and restaurants. There is also a beautiful park at the edge of Benijófar with a bar in the centre. We have already booked to return in November. Lyn, la dame qui nous a accueilli est super gentille et aux petits soins. Le seul petit négatif, c'est la voiture qui ne peut pas entrer dans l'emplacement prévu à cause d'un arbre.
