### Modern villa with HEATED POOL & 400 m from the spa La Laguna hotel
This renovated and modern villa Anna Deluxe (2017) is fully enclosed / Alarmed and connected with a Central / Electric gate on the drive-way. The villa is provided with AIR-CONDITIONING, and underfloor heating in every room for the colder winter months. Since 14/01/2024 we did another investment (SOLAR ENERGY), we installed 21 solar panels to be C02 neutral. On the driveway we installed as well the possibility to charge your electric car.
\- SMOKE-FREE VILLA is provided for 4 people (two couples or parents with two
children), has everything what you need to have an relaxing holiday after a year full of
stressful work.
\- OUTSIDE: 8/4/2024 we start a new renovation of the pool (9 x 4m) with new modern
bigger tiles what gives a nice effect in the water, the POOL CAN BE HEATED with a
heating pump to warm-up the water till 30 degrees for the colder months. The pool is
with LED illuminated and can be changed with 14 different colors &
there are plenty of outdoor lounging / seating / relaxing dining areas uncovered or
the covered terrace.
\- There is a GAS-BBQ in a special build shed.
\- Clients can park their car on the drive-way, there is space for just one car. If you have
an electric car... chargeable on the driveway
\- GARDEN: The extensive grounds have been planted with Palm and conifers.
\- UTILITY ROOM: There is a Washing machine, Iron, Iron-board, Vacuum Cleaner, etc....
\- SERVICE: Cleaning / Towels / Linen:
The Villa can be cleaned on a daily / weekly basis i (extra payment of 10 € charged per
hour) on request.
There is plenty linen o change over the beds.
There are plenty towels / even 8 beach towels.
Electricity, water, towels, sheets are included the price.
\- TV: In the lounge you can watch all channels of your own languages thanks IPTV
The bedrooms have a TV but connect with a Satellite (ASTRA 2) free channels.
The villa offers a nicely modern furnished accommodation for 4 people who will be able to enjoy its a secluded location in the private residential area of Dona Pepa I, Cuidad Quesada. The property has a good position and there are excellent views of the salt lakes of La Mata and Torrevieja from the roof terrace.
\- RECREATION: The local water-park (Ciudad Quesada) is on 4 km, there's another one
in Torrevieja on 12 km, and the local golf-course (La Marquesa) is on 5 km distance
from the Villa.
\- SECURITY: The Villa is connected with an Alarm Central (Security direct 24 hours).
All doors and windows have a security contact & security grills. All this done to give
the clients the maximum feeling security and to be save.
\- SPA RECREATION: on 400-500 m of the villa there is the 4\*\*\*\* SPA HOTEL LA LAGUNA
with (steam-baths and sauna, aroma therapy, massage, Jacuzzi, hair dresser, and a lot
more)
\- BARS / RESTAURANTS: The hotel LA LAGUNA has an outstanding good restaurant
where you can eat for reasonable prices.
Around the hotel are plenty bars, restaurants like (Italian/ Chinese / Indian / Spanish /
international kitchen) all on 4 to 500 m walking from the Villa.
Of course in Ciudad Quesada are plenty more of restaurants.
\- SUPERMARKETS: on 400 m we have ALDI, CONSUM and a English Supermarket with
few restaurants around them
on 800 m we have LIDL, MÁS y MÁS with few restaurants around
them.
On 4 km we have two MERCADONA supermarkets

#### PROPERTY WAS BRILLIANT.
This property was fantastic, very high end and clean. Only thing we were dissatisfied with was the swimming pool as this was advertised as heated however there was no cover which meant the pool held no heat and was too cold to use.Would definitely recommend this property.

Els & Ricky were great hosts and available if required. Villa was well furnished and comfortable. The pool was fantastic but will be even better when the cover is fitted to allow the the higher temperature to be maintained. Everything you need is provided in the villa. Very quiet area for the period of our stay. We benefited from having a car to explore the local area.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely wonderful! The highlight for us was definitely the pool – it was crystal clear and inviting, perfect for cooling off in the heat. The garden area with the palm trees added such a serene and calming atmosphere. The villa was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The outdoor seating area was perfect for enjoying meals al fresco, and the nearby lounge chairs were great for sunbathing. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again!

We have just had a lovely break in this Villa. This is our second stay and we plan to return. The villa is exactly as described. Large clean and well equipped. The pool area is so tropical with new additional lights for the evening to sit and relax on terrace. The owners are very helpful if you need anything. #### Fantastic Villa
Had a great stay at the Villa, with the initial meeting with the owner when we arrived who explained everything that we needed to know, and how to contact them if we had any problems. Brilliant accommodation with everything you needed for a perfect holiday, in a great position for getting around, shops and restaurants. We had a couple of small issues during our month stay, which were dealt with promptly and efficiently by the owners Ricky and Els who were the perfect hosts. We will have no hesitation in renting the property again, and recommending it to others.

#### Fabulous Villa
This is a fantastic villa. Very comfortable, both inside and outside. The kitchen is so well equipped with top of the range appliances. Excellent air con, very comfortable lounge and bedrooms, excellent TV system with an abundance of channels. The pool area is fabulous. Ricky is a great host and a very friendly person, it was a pleasure to meet him, and also his lovely Mum when we returned the keys. Thank you Ricky and family for a lovely stay.

The host was very welcoming and responded quickly to any query.Everything you could need for a relaxed stay was at the property.Two thoughts from us firstly the 2nd bathroom shower dissapointed as it was very close to the doorway and was similar in style to a wet room set up. But we didn’t use it and found the shower in the en-suite very good.Secondly If the weather brought you indoors we felt the lounge area which had a large 3 person sofa was lacking a suitable 4th person seat.Overall we feel this is a good quality offering.

Excellent villa, comfortable and has everything you could need. A couple of suggestions to improve it even further:- A full length mirror would be useful A demonstration on the alarm system so that we didn't set it off - sorry Elsa. A demonstration on how to use the TV on arrival would also have been useful so we didn't have to bother Elsa again! Overall a beautiful villa, pool and outdoor garden.

#### Lovely, spotlessly clean villa.
Firstly, communication with the owners was quick and easy. We were very grateful to be allowed to check in earlier than 5pm (our flight arrived early). The villa was spotlessly clean, nothing was missed and everything you could want is there. The kitchen has high end products which were so easy to use. The bedrooms are very welcoming with the most comfortable beds too - I slept so well. The villa is in a lovely residential area and it is so peaceful there. The pool is the perfect size and we spent hours chilling in the sun. We took advantage of the free electric charging point as we had a hybird rental car. What a money saver! I highly recommend this villa.

#### Fabulous property in a wonderful location.
Throughly enjoyed our stay here. The villa caters for everyone’s needs and more. The pool was just what you need on a boiling hot day and the kids had lots of fun in it. Although I will say my husband was disappointed the pool lights didn’t work as he was looking forward to using the pool in the evening. I will agree with a previous guest that the villa is missing a full length mirror. I think adding one would make the villa perfect. The kitchen has everything you need and more. The host were lovely and on hand if we needed them. I have already recommended this villa to friends and family and I wouldn’t hesitate booking to stay here again. Many thanks Ricky & Elsa.

Just returned from a weeks stay and cannot fault the villa at all. Absolutely beautiful and has everything you need. The terrace and pool area is amazing and even has inflatables for you to use. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with everything you need. Fully air-conditioned throughout. Nearest supermarket and bars are a 10 minute walk away. Elsa met us at the property and is a great host. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

#### Beautiful modern property
We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. Just as described in the listing and as lovely as the photos suggest. The area was so peaceful which was just what we were looking for. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in quality accommodation then you won’t be disappointed.
