A lovely detached villa with a superb private pool, set in gardens with palms and lemon trees.
With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it's a superb choice for a family vacation.
The villa is just a 2 minute walk to the bars, shops and restaurants of Quesada and just a short drive to local golf courses and beaches.
The main villa has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, with an adjoining annex providing a third bedroom and second bathroom.
An extension upstairs provides a further 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is small but well equipped with Oven, Hob, Fridge Freezer, microwave and a small dishwasher.
Fully air conditioned with UK TV services, plus Wi-Fi for internet access.
The pool can also be heated out of season by solar panels or electric at an additional cost. Inside, the villa is furnished and equipped to a good standard, ensuring your stay here will be one you will remember.
The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest.
Pets may be allowed upon request depending on the type, size and number. Please note that additional charges may be applicable.

Ciudad Quesada is located on the Costa Blanca South just 8 kilometers north from the popular holiday destinations of Torrevieja and Guardamar del Segura. Nearby towns include Rojales and San Fulgencio.

The villa itself is great as there was family and friends the layout is perfect as everyone has their own space the only criticism I have is the the villa is very tired and needs some money spent on it for example the washing machine the umbrellas by the pool one won’t go down and the other won’t go up otherwise a great place very friendly people and he area is very convenient for lots of place to see around it. Would I go again yes I would.

Location is great, that’s the biggest positive! Sadly a few negatives…The rooms are much smaller than they look online. Villa is tired with lots of things on their last legs, constantly worried we’d break something and be charged! No welcome letter to give us tips on a smooth stay - my sister had to sleep in the downstairs room with no way to lock it until we had maintenance come and ‘temporarily’ fix the dodgy dining room door by the pool and we pointed this out - apparently there was an odd little screw that went into the centre (?) of the doors that we hadn’t found… was told no point doing a welcome letter as ‘would be a mile long and no one would read them!’ We never managed to get the dishwasher to work so not sure if it was faulty or it needed a ‘knack’ the kind of thing that could be in a ‘welcome letter!’ Biggest negative was the size and depth of the pool, no jumping in safely as it only came up to an average persons chest… no shallow warnings on the pool or on the wall. This feels like an accident waiting to happen…To be fair Scott was quick to respond and send Francisco to fix the issues but I think most fixes are temporary

The layout of the villa could not have been better for our family, it is well equipped and in a fantastic location. However the outside furniture is in need of an upgrade or even a good clean, particularly the sun bed covers.I can appreciate the problems of the last few years but feel a few minor improvements would make a world of difference. Fabulous pool that was well maintained and great communication with the rental office, overall 8.5 out of 10
