The "urban fee" is a ridiculous way to make you overspend - just charge me $10 more dollars at the top and don't make me 'figure out hot how to utilize the $10 minibar credit that I am getting charged $10 ..."

Club Quarters Hotel in San Francisco
"Disappointed 😞 rooms had stains on carpet. Looked dirty & unclean. Switched rooms w/fewer stains. Did not not go barefoot. Hotel needs to replace carpets. Tv did not work during stay. Numerous calls to front desk. Was able to have my bill adjusted because of that. Good location, plenty of hot water, ..."
