The first thing you'll notice when you walk in is the spacious living room. There are three oversized sofas that’ll give everybody in the house a comfortable place to sit. There is a charming breakfast nook right by the window with incredible views of the Sea of Cortez.  This would be a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee or plan your itinerary for the day while the rest of the family sleeps.  There is a TV in the living room, but it might be hard to focus on a TV show with the amazing view of the beach right outside of the window!

Rental Home Kitchen
The fully furnished kitchen has everything you need to make a delicious meal for the entire family.  This “U-shaped” kitchen gives the chef of the family plenty of space to work his or her magic.  There is a modern refrigerator, two sinks, ample cabinet space, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster.  There are enough plates, cups, and utensils for a family of eight to enjoy a meal together.  An overextended counter space serves as an elevated dining table, and is complete with seating for eight.  The open layout of the home allows family members to hang out in the living room, at the breakfast nook, and in the kitchen, and stay connected yet comfortable at the same time.
 
Rental Home Bedrooms
After a long day of fishing, lying out at the beach, shopping, or enjoying some of the local attractions, you'll be thankful for a comfortable and clean place to come home and sleep.  This beautiful condo has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and a single bed, with dressers and plenty of closet space.  The second bedroom is set up the same way, with one queen bed and one twin bed. The home has one full bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity area.  The entire home has gorgeous Spanish tile and subtle accents that really make it feel like home.

Modern families will love all of the conveniences this home has to offer. Bring your laptop or mobile device and connect easily to the Wi-Fi at a local cyber cafe in town.  Check in with work (but not too often,) send emails, post on social media, chat with friends back home, and research the area for things to do.  Another convenience is the parking.
There is one spot that is shared by all of the guests in the building, but there is also plenty of street parking.
