"This was an amazing property, as soon as we walked in, it didn’t disappoint us. It’s a perfect little location to the beach and restaurants. We had a family of 8 and we all fit comfortably in the home with enough room to hang out. Very clean and everything was stocked. The only thing was the driveway, it is very steep so be careful with your car. We definitely stay again."

"Location is everything! This clean, neat place fit the bill for comfort & essentials, but the super short walk to restaurants/shops and proximity to the beach was icing on the cake. And off-street parking meant no fighting for parking on the crowded streets. Highly recommended!"

"Really enjoyed our stay here at this San Clemente gem. Great neighborhood and overall vibe of this nice beach town. Literally a block away from the beach access and a great trail that went all the way from South San Clemente to North San Clemente that allowed bikes and dogs as well. Skip was great and responsive when we had a small issue with the bicycle that was at the property. He came and picked it up had it fixed and brought it back the same day with a second one as well. "Bright apartment with an easy walk to the pier and food. Couch needs a good stain remover and adequate towels and foldout linens should be provided for all guests.We were a party of 5 and only 1 bath towel, hand towel and washcloth were available. Our kids slept on the fold out and would have really appreciated a comforter to keep them warm."

"Very clean, efficient and comfortable stay. No air conditioning, but 2 fans that are available were sufficient for cooling down the property with windows open for a coastal breeze. Parking was adequate behind property and well lit at night for a late check in."

"Nice, clean property. Spacious apartment. Most units have great view of ocean. Across from train station but not too disruptive. Large beach and pier across the street. Kitchen stove wasn't the best (a bit rusted and one element not working) but could cook on it. Garburator kept filling with water so didn't turn on the dishwasher. To be fair, we didn't let them know until check out so perhaps someone could have come to fix it. Not nice to clean but a lot of bathtub drain had hair collecting down...
