The house was very comfortable with all the conveniences of home. One drain was slow and Tina had it repaired that day.The parking space is small for RX Lexus, but we were able to have convenient parking in the evening.

Great Getaway In Laguna

My adult sons and I had a lovely stay in Laguna Beach at Oasis House II. The property was in an ideal location, close to our favorite restaurants and beaches. It was clean and comfortable with all of the amenities of home. We hope to return next year.

Perfect spot in Laguna Beach

We have stayed at multiple rental homes at Laguna Beach, and this is the only one we have gone back to. It's on the smaller side compared to other places we've stayed but it is perfect for our family of 4 adults and the location can't be beat. Literally only two block to beach access, walkable to the main beach, but away from the crowds. Can walk to the grocery and many cute shops, cafes, restaurants, etc right in the area.

The house is compact, clean and well located. We 70-year-olds appreciated that there are no stairs. Would suggest better reading lamps (and a potato peeler) 😄. Nice place!

Perfect place!

My husband and I gifted our daughter and her family this Laguna Beach get-away. I got them checked-in, with the easy process, and then left them to make their memories. Everything was as depicted in the photos and description of the property. The house is darling and had everything, including beach chairs and toys. It's a perfect location for walking to the beach, shops and restaurants. Parking spot is very narrow, as described. Our rental mini-van was a tight squeeze. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thanks for sharing your blessings with our daughter and her crew!

Amazing house in amazing location!!!

We stayed here for 8 days with my wife and 3 kids ages 18, 16, and 5. This beach house is simply awesome and perfect for a family. Tina and her husband were very accommodating and there was everything there that we needed. They had boogie boards, beach towels, and chairs with an umbrella which was great for the beach and the kids when they needed a break from the sun. The house is located seriously about 100 feet from the ocean also. You have ocean view from the front of the house and so many shops, and restaurants. Basically whatever you need whether is is clothing, groceries, acai smoothies it is here. The location of this house was absolutely perfect and I am very picky. I really can't think of a better place to stay here at all and we will defenetely be back. This was actually the best vacation we have had as a family because of the convenience factor. I know I am probably forgetting things, but again this is the place to stay. Simply perfect. We thank Tina again for everything and can't wait to come back😀🤙🤙🤙

SYSCO TRUCK NEXT DOOR IDLES LOUDLY AT 6AM EVERY MORNING

Very misleading ad: When I booked, I needed a place that does "sleep 8" and it clearly said "Sleeps 8." When I asked (a month ahead) for extra bedding, the owner said it actually only slept "5" people! And she changed the online listing then, to state it slept only 5 people -- MONTHS AFTER I HAD BOOKED! I had to "uninvite" two of my cousins, since I'd planned on having 7 of us sleep there. This RUINED the atmosphere of the entire trip. Also, the SYSCO Truck that parked and idled in the driveway next door almost every morning woke up the folks in those adjacent bedrooms. And the closets were so jammed full of musty, extra bedding (3 comforters in the master closet; oodles of extra stuff jammed into all the the other closets including large, full boxes in the closets (?!?) that we had very little space to actually hang our clothes. The house was falling apart: The "garage" room had torn screens, lock did not work, furniture was full of mildew so one could not breathe if they tried to enter. The kitchen window was warped and ajar so we could not open it. Some windows had sagging "curtains" and some did not have any at all. Also, very misleading photos which made the house look neat and clean, with room to walk around, which was not the case.

Adorable house in a prime location

The location was great. We were able to take a very short walk to the beach. There were plenty of restaurants and shops to walk to. The main beach with the playground was less than a mile walk or a very quick drive and easy parking. There are trails a short drive away for those that like to hike. The house was very clean. My kids were pleasantly surprised with the casita which was set up like a playroom. Also, located in the casita were beach chairs, toys, boogie board, and a cooler. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would rent this property again.

Wonderful Adult Family Time in Laguna Beach

Wedding Weekend

This place is in a great location. We were in Laguna Beach for a wedding and at a nearby hotel. This bungalow is small but very comfortable property. Unfortunately we had to cancel one night as our youngest got sick and we had to wait for covid results. Wish we had longer to stay here.
