Beautiful condo

First and foremost, the beds in this place are heavenly! We all commented on the comfort of the beds and bedding. This place is well thought out, perfectly beachy themed and has everything you need. We were in town for a wedding and didn’t spend a lot of time indoors, but the sitting area has quite comfortable couches and the porch had 2 great areas to sit outside and enjoy the view. 5 stars all the way!

We had a great stay at this “close to Del Mar” shopping & restaurants. Loved the location and greatly appreciated all the little extra perks left as welcoming gifts! Wes was very helpful to us on figuring out the TV controller (which was different than ours) but easy once he explained. Appreciated the laundry room @the corner of patio. Would recommend this VRBO and hope to return! Thanks for a great stay!!

Lovely Accommodation

My husband and I stayed here for four nights in August. We were very impressed with the friendly interactions with the owners who checked in on us the day of the historic tropical storm Hilary. The house is clean and bright with a large outdoor deck space. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfortable. It was an 8 minute walk to the beach and there was a free trolley stop close to the house. Restaurants in the town area are also within walking distance. We highly recommend this house as a great place to stay when you are visiting San Clemente.

Really Great Vacation Rental

This property is everything it’s advertised to be, with no drawbacks. The interior is very clean and up-to-date. The furniture and beds are nice and comfortable. The kitchen is well-appointed and all set for anything you might like to prepare. We found this place to be quiet and peaceful. Being there in the summer on the palisades made for very nice dining on the shaded front deck. A walk to the beach is only fifteen minutes. There is one parking space for this unit, close enough to the front door that carrying things in is no struggle. The host family left a clear and friendly book of tips and guidelines that made us feel right at home. This is a great place to stay. We would love to stay here again!

Cute, clean and well-stocked!

The home was perfect for my family of four and our pup! The decor was cute and beach-themed, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The laundry room was super convenient and had everything we needed. The large, fenced patio sits well above the street giving it a more secluded feel and a better view. It was definitely my dog’s favorite spot to hang out and people watch and was a lovely place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings. There’s a charming free trolley that takes you around town and you can walk to two of its stops from the home. The driveway was narrow and tricky to maneuver but there was ample street parking as an alternative. The beach is a longer walk (for a nice sandy area for the kids to play) or a short drive or trolley ride away. Tons of nearby restaurants. We had a wonderful time! Highly recommend!

Our stay was perfect. Wedding weekend for our daughter and we were able to check in earlier on arrival date, wich was very helpful since we had one of many pre-wedding events. We were able to have hair and make-up come in on wedding day and there was plenty of room for all of us ladies. Grateful for that. Location was perfect for us. We know the area well. We were able to walk to many favorite places. Kitchen very well stocked and the beds were super comfortable. We have friends who are already trying to find dates to book this gem of a home.
