We are sorry to hear your stay was not considered satisfactory. Please note our hotel maintains a 24-hour cancellation policy, which is common amongst hotels. While your 2nd night may not have been cancellable given the required 24-hour advance notice, the 3rd night would have been happily released by our team. However, if your stay was booked as a non-refundable prepaid reservation via third party Expedia, unfortunately it would be up to Expedia, not the hotel. As such, we are very surprised to hear about your comments. Our team would be happy to provide further clarification and assistance on this matter if you call the hotel with your reservation details. While parking is limited, please note it is complementary and our staff always ensures each guest is accommodated on site or just a few steps away with a parking pass. In addition, I'm happy to say Google maps is now correctly providing directions to the front of our building. This was a new issue recently and we submitted a request to Google immediately as we want to ensure our guests have an efficient and welcoming experience entering our hotel.
