You can hear every conversation of people walking by the room, every car door opening and shutting as well as every car that passes by as it is right by the street. A few of the windows are not even sealed. The wood floor has hollow areas that are a tripping hazard and the floor is not level with a noticeable slope from the living room to the dining/bathroom area.
