Near The Pearl - Quick Access to Riverwalk, Alamo, Ft Sam Houston, and Downtown

  • {Due to medical reasons, I can only accept non-smokers/non vapors-meaning non-smoking/vaping inside and/or out and no tobacco chewers-please honor this necessity-thank you}
    Lovely furnished one bedroom apartment (located on 2nd floor) with stove, refrigerator, microwave and TV for your entertainment while you stay in Alamo City. It is conveniently located just off the access road to IH-35 North near The Pearl and downtown San Antonio. One can easily walk to Broadway Street for shopping, eating at a nice restaurant, or finding entertainment in The Pearl complex. Plus, the city bus is conveniently located back on Carson Street (2 blocks) to take you downtown to our famous River Walk and the Alamo. 6blocks from Ft Sam Houston's gate on New Braunfels Ave.

Mrs. Phyllis was a wonderful host and has an adorable place. It is definitely small, but it was clean and comfortable. It was very close to downtown San Antonio, so I was able to go on lots of adventures without having to drive too far.

3 day Stay for Deftones concert and a visit to the Arts Museum

The location was perfect for any event at the Frost bank center or downtown area. I was a little scared being that I stayed alone. But I felt very safe in my room. The bed was comfy, enough room to feel relaxed. I would stay here again.

The property was super close to everything cool including the riverwalk, the Alamo, and velvet taco. There were a bunch of stocked amenities, enough space for two people, a kitchen where we made chicken nuggets and a small dining area with flowers, and coffee, water, and tea free of charge. The bed was comfy too but I sleep with a lot of blankets so I should’ve brought more. Overall awesome place and easy to communicate with the owner. Would go again

Clean, funky, with a lovely owner.

Just a lovely little place. Great experience all around. Close drive to everything important (Alamo, River Walk,etc.) One caution, if you’re a larger person or have mobility issues, the bathroom (toilet particularly) will be a serious challenge.
