Upon leaving set the garage remote on the kitchen counter, lock the patio doors, back door and front door from the inside and leave thru the garage. Press the garage keypad to close the garage door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Smoking or pets on property is not allowed, will result in 200.00 damage fee applied if smoke or animals are detected in home .
Everyone wants a clean grill to cook on. If you leave it un-cleaned; 25.00 fee applied Garage door opener not returned or lost, 50.00 fee applied
Sleeping spaces for 7 adults are available. Children will be charged the $20 cost per night if they cause your group to exceed the 6 person limit.
