The facility was very well kept. However the room could use a little bit more cleaning as there was like a wet smell, some mildew spots in the restroom ceiling and dirtiness around the toilet seat. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was always served on time and everything always kept working. The shuttle service was an awesome

I would highly recommend staying at the Fairfield! Our stay truly surpassed my expectations from beginning to end. From the convenient airport pickup and wonderful service from Jesus, to the outstanding hospitality provided by Ms. Pamela and Ms. Danielle, everyone made my husband and me feel welcomed and appreciated. We had a great stay and would definitely return! An added bonus was the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, as well as transportation to and from the River Walk. That convenience made our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you to the Fairfield team for providing such excellent service and making our stay in San Antonio a memorable one! ❤️
