This hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly and more than happy to answer any questions we had. My husband and I ate at the restaurant on the rooftop it was incredible! We will definitely be coming back some time for a pleasure trip.

Staff friendly. My room was clean. I had a great view of the San Fernando Catholic Church. Light show at night. Breakfast was hot and delicious. They had a cook making the pancakes in front so they were hot. I would stay again if in San Antonio

We enjoyed our stay so much. Even though it was one night, it was amazing. Everything is very clean! You can tell the hotel is old with a few wear and tears but seems like it was remodeled or very well kept. Shower was really good. The beds were nice and comfy. The breakfast was amazing. It felt like a 4-5 hotel. All staff were accommodating, friendly, and helpful. This was my first stay here but it is now my go-to hotel.

Close to the Riverwalk. Front desk and cleaning was helpful. Even though we didn’t have a car, valet was helpful with getting bags out of cab and to the front desk. Room was large and it was nice to have a kitchen. Everyone was friendly.

There was some blood stain our our bedsheet that wasn’t our blood and the cleaning lady instantly changed it out and remade our bed We booked for 1 king bed but some how got 2 twin sized beds and the staff never informed us of that mistake and I never called it out Other than that the breakfast was delicious and the staff are kind and helpful
