About this property

Beautiful Apartment @ The Botanical Gardens (#11)

  • This beautiful 1000 Sqf apartment is located in the exclusive and peaceful neighborhood of Alamo Heights. Adjacent to the Botanical Gardens and within walking distance of the SA Zoo, Brackenridge Park, San Antonio Country Club, Fort Sam Houston and only 10 mins drive to Downtown. The 3 bedrooms include beds for 5 people plus a sofa in the living room which opens up to a queen bed plus a folding bed is also available. Both are very comfortable! This home can sleep a total of 8 people. It is remodeled with wood and tile floors, ceiling fans in all rooms, custom all tile shower and custom tub/tile shower, granite counter tops with stainless steel under mount sinks. It includes everything you need. Cable TV, high speed internet/ WIFI, washer and dryer, and much more. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. You will love it! Outside the apartment there is a BBQ grill, sitting area and lots of reserved parking space.

    This apartment is number 11.
    Apartment is 100% non-smoking.
    High chair and Pack n Play available upon request.
    - Parties are NOT allowed!
    - BBQ area is on the back of the building
    - We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $40 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.

    I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 10 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you're here, the apartment is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival.
