"Amazing property, amazing location. Highly highly recommend. My inconvenience was in my checking in, as a Platinum the staff never offered to me a gift cards that supposedly they have to do it, and no offered VIP upgrade. Anyway the room service had a problem with sheets (it was missed) and Jorge the manager gave me a discount for mini bar, and it was nice. Despite the inconvenience, I loved this place, and I would definitely return."
