La atención del personal fué expectacular, la limpieza del hotel 10/10, el desayuno fue extremadamente delicioso y muy variado. La habitación suite fué amplia y muy acogedora. La hubicación es perfecta. Definitivamente el mejor hotel que he visitado en Medellín.

First off I want to say the place is very small , there is no where at all to sit n get fresh air . You get no welcome drink like most hotels give , even though on Expedia states you will get bottle water. Also I booked a suite which states king size bed and two twin beds, when I get there the manager states I was supposed to request the extra bed after I paid the extra money saying the suite came with more than one bed … then the receptionist going to say I can send you one and he won’t charge… it was just a hot mess. The suite have one small t v .. this place was made for one person so if u have kids choose another hotel.

Beautiful Hotel French style located two blocks from parque lliras.. amazingly there was no noise or sounds coming from the park in the room. I was staying in the food at the hotel was good but not spectacular insured. It is a very beautiful hotel with a spectacular location and great service.
