Samurai Beach

While the hotel is in a good area the condition of the room was terrible. It’s obvious they only spot clean so guests can check in. There was mould all over the bathroom especially in the shower, beds were as stiff as concrete and had previous guests items underneath the kids beds. The balcony doors don’t lock properly which was concerning with children. The tv was old and barely worked and we didn’t bother using the kitchen as it was dirty. There were stains all over the walls and painting. The hallways smelt of urine. The staff at reception however were really accomodating and friendly. There were a lot of delays unfortunately because the second elevator was out of order. The parking garage was convenient however extreamly tight for a midsize SUV.
