Graham and Annie (our hosts) were able to offer us any check time after 09.00. We actually arrived about 16.00 to be checked in immediately and shown to our room. The first night was a bit of a problem as the room overlooked the main road with a farm entrance across the road. The building is very old with thick stone walls and we needed the window open which was noisy with traffic throughout the night. Great hotel Lovely pub

This was just a stop over as we travelled to Devon but it was a lovely area and one we will consider again if we need to stop off. Chris and Sue were both very friendly, especially as we had to check in late. Breakfast is incredible! They were also incredibly accommodating for our little boy.

The room was tidy and clean but a little tired in places , possibly due to a busy season. Breakfast was excellent , food in the bar was very good and prices were competitive . The ambience in the bar was good. The quiz was good fun. Excellent nights sleep . Overall very good

Fabulous location and a really comfortable, clean and luxurious B&B. Our first floor suite was stunning - spacious yet cosy with lovely views. Lots of homey touches and attention to detail. Lovely breakfast, friendly owners - everything was spot on. We live fairly close by, but two nights at the Old Dairy really felt like a proper holiday.

Room was well furnished and had everything we needed including a bottle opener, wine glass, even a hot water bottle! Bed was comfy and there was a really useful folder of info in the room, the owner had included a few suggested walks around the property which was great and we did one of them just to stretch our legs. Ample parking, and the property was very well kept, no issues with noise or anything from the farm we were attached to. Loved the fact the owner offered proper milk for the rooms...

Obviously a conference centre/venue, but a good choice for business accommodation, with good parking and good value

A two night stay to attend niece's wedding, excellent location with a plentiful public car park opposite. Our room was clean and tidy, well appointed with quality fixtures and fittings. A very nice friendly welcome on arrival and throughout our stay. Quality of breakfast was first class and very tasty with a good range to suit all tastes. Would stay again and would highly recommend if you are looking to stay in the area. Village had good amenities.

very clean and quiet room, nice soft towels, comfortable bed and a quiet fan was provided in the room as we stayed during a very hot spell. The owners were really friendly and helpful, and very kindly offered us the room for a couple of hours longer after check out as we were attending a funeral that morning and wanted to change afterwards. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness. Definitely recommend staying here.

This was a home from home. We could not have been made to feel more welcome. After a 3.5 day drive from Corfu to walk through the doors of a friendly Great British hostelry was simply the best experience. Spacious accommodation in the Flat, plenty of room to unwind with my two dogs who were a little wound up after the long drive. A good nights sleep and the ability to run off steam in the field opposite, we all left relaxed and chilled. Pub grub was fabulous too! As I couldn’t stay for breakfast...

It's about 8 miles from Honiton, yet advertised as being in The High Street, Honiton - why not mention the real location?

We loved the place: it’s a charming, quaint old cottage that’s had a sympathetic B&B conversion and is exceptionally neat, tidy and spotlessly clean. James and Katherine are exceptionally welcoming and helpful, and good fun. Everything in the breakfast room was beautifully presented and laid out with precision, and the hearty breakfast was, of course, exceptional! Everything is home-made or sourced locally. I had a lovely stay and nothing was too much bother for Sue. Lots of choice for breakfast. I would happily stay here again. Even had a scarecrow trail whilst I was there with an amazing entry at the guesthouse.

The warm welcome and friendly atmosphere made us feel relaxed from the start. The food was perfect. We would recommend this very nice guest house.
