"Overall the place location and staff are great but on our visit a couple of things let the whole experience down. On arrival the gentleman who dealt with us was either busy or not very good with customer service. The welcome on arrival was below a good standard. We wasn't advised about the Check out process ( we had to leave early) or WiFi. The room we were given had a few small issue's. Main door had a big gap so during the night a lot of light could be seen from the landing, the bathroom door...
