It is a beautiful and new home. We loved the spacious rooms with their own bathrooms. The garage was a bonus as we could drive in with our overhead storage box. Communication with the owner was easy. Checking in and out was also easy. Good wifi coverage and cell phone signal (Verizon). The property is in a great location close to Monarch and close to Salida.
