"A dream hotel! So calming and soothing. Good facilities and very helpful stuff. Excellent architecture and interior details.
I will miss the lizard sculpture welcoming us on arrival and the sound of the water fountain. And the hanging staircase is just brilliant! Can’t wait to go back!!!"
"What a place . View is amazing and all rooms have an incredible view . Breakfast also was very Good
And people that works there made our stay to want to come back"
"Si van a Salento, es el mejor lugar para quedarse. Típico, muchísima naturaleza, silencioso, desde el dueño hasta los empleados, especiales. Es un lugar mágico! Lo amamos y volveríamos sin duda!"
"Upon arrival you realize that booking a stay here was the best choice. It is definitely a mountain retreat and besides the tours that we went on during the day, we didn’t want to leave. Nothing can beat relaxing on the hammock on your balcony, being surrounded by nature, waking up with the most incredible views, the breakfast was scrumptious and we didn’t want to have dinner anywhere else, it was a gourmet experience."
"The staff was fine and we had no issues with the customer service, the (3) issues are regarding the hotel itself.
Bugs. We kept the windows closed at all times but a few times when we came back I would have to deal with a spider or the bug the size of a medium cockroach.
The shower. While the shower itself is nice and has hot water, the issue is the shower head isn't movable so you shoulder keeps bumping into the wall and it's very uncomfortable.
Paper thing walls. If you're going to book...
"Great place to stay. We struggled a bit with the cold water. Hope they can fix the issue. Breakfast was delicious, friendly staff, nature everywhere!!"
