This a very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff is amazing. They helped us with information and setting tours and transportation. I also like the location, it is a few blocks from the main plaza, and from there it is very easy to reach all the fun stores and restaurants, while avoiding all the noice. They serve a very nice breafast.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Room was very clean and modern. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Continue with the clean environment. I would recommend for breakfast to include more Colombian traditional food.

Adequate hotel, looks beautiful in the photos but it was slightly more ‘rough around the edges’ in reality. We had a power cable hanging out the wall in our room, the shower was barely a trickle, and we had issues on the first day where the balcony door did not close (a firm foot to the door frame did solve this going forward though!) Breakfast was ‘ok’; very poor coffee with slightly ‘on the turn’ milk, though the fruit juice was tasty and the doughnut style balls were very yummy! A good location, close to the Main Street without being on it.
