Cons: Beds were very firm and not very comfortable. Directions on cleaning were a little unclear - eventually I understood that they come by to clean every 4 days, and you can't be in the room on that day from 10 to 3 unless you tell them ahead of time to cancel or change the cleaning day. The staff prevented me from using the microwave to heat up dinner one time, I am not sure why. The coin laundry machines and dryers are ok but don't do a great job.
