Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
Laundry was very nice. Rooms were very small. It would have been nice to order à la carte from Sizzler if you didn’t want buffet. Congierge was helpful. Location was fantastic. Cabs were good.

We enjoyed the location, the second floor amenities, and the clean room. It was a decent stay for a couple. However, the AC in our room never turned on. Location was great close to the park and the neighborhood was very nice. The front staff were excellent and spoke English. The breakfast was just ok. Really enjoyed the coffee service. Thank you
