They were mt favorite part about this hotel. As long as I brought up any question or issue, they went out of their way to make sure I was happy, comfortable, and well taken care of. I was surprised by the fact that they only have smoking rooms, but they used a deodorizing spray multiple times and helped me ventilate the room so the smell smoke smell was almost entirely gone. Another thing that surprised me was the many stains on the carpet, especially in the hallways. Also many decorative aspects to the doors were broken or missing. These things didnt bother me, but maybe some people would be turned off by the slightly worn-down look to the hotel.
