I want to say I loved this place because it is beautiful, the room was nice andd peaceful and breakfast was great. But firstly, the address listed on Google is incorrect and since no one speaks English to help us find the address we took the wrong 3 trains to the opposite side of town, tried to call the hotel with no answer. Most upsettingly we tried to ask for help and rang the bell at the front counter checking out and they literally turned off the lights at the front desk and went to another room and closed the door. We can't even call a cab because we need help to use the phone as the taxi apps and Uber aren't working here. It feels very discriminatory and hurtful. I'm honestly shocked we can't get help. It's been 35 minutes and they won't come out to help so we are sitting in the dark lobby trying to hail a cab out side at 1:30pm in the afternoon. I'm truly shocked and have never experienced rude service like this.
