Everything about the stay was good. The checkin, accessibility,bedrooms, laundry etc. the only problem was not being able to contact a host. There was never anyone in the office when I checked. I tried phoning but only got an answering machine which was in French which unfortunately, I don’t speak. I’d left a couple messages in the online chat that were never answered. I’m assume that Expedia was responsible for that but I’m not sure. There was a young gentleman that stopped in to see how we were doing near the end of our stay who was quite nice and was able to answer some questions but it would have been nice to be able to talk to someone earlier. I would still rent this home again as overall it was a perfect spot for us to be and was very comfortable. Thank You

The layout was very nice and it was in a very walkable area. However, the property wasn't secure. The door was left unlocked and that was a little unsettling. The place was spacious and fit me and my family very well. However, I'd read on previous ratings that the owner doesn't answer. The owner didn't answer any of my messages prior to the trip or during. I thought that was odd. For example, it would've been helpful to know what we do with the towels when leaving or if we were required to strip the beds. Also please have someone fix the door lock, it's a little loose and janky. Other than that it was a good place

The room had everything we needed with one exception. There was an expresso machine, but not a regular coffee machine. The room was comfortable and nicely laid out. The location is perfect, right on Saint Paul Street so everything was right outside our door. Restaurants. Shopping. Montreal is wonderfully walkable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
